RETURNS POLICY

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 28 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty. Please note all returned items need to be returned unworn.

Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of earrings if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights. 

We cannot replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

Please return the items fully in their original packaging to us; the purpose for this is to protect the goods from damage during transport on return.

Unfortunately, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. 

Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited.

 We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

The direct shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by you.

Always make sure that the package you send can be tracked.

Please complete the enclosed delivery/return slip, making sure to include your reason for return and to enclose the receipt of the return, as well as your full name, order number and phone number. 

We strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Please note that it may take several days for a return to be delivered by post and for our returns department to process it.

Please Note: When processing your return we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to make contact with you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.

The delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of examination – comparable to a fitting in a shop. We are entitled to demand compensation if there is any deterioration of the goods as a result of further use.
